Fox Live Valve Neo Shock help wanted

in December 2024 I had a custom build bike built which included;

1. Fox 36 Float Factory Grip X Tapered Fork - Absolutely no problem with these.
2. Fox DHX Live Valve Neo Shock 210 x 55mm + sensors.
3. Fox Transfer Neo Seat Post.

Since I collected the bike I had difficulty in using both the Fox Bike App and the Fox Live Valve App.

The bike shop which built the bike for me have ceased trading and I haven't been able to find a bike shop who understands the Live Valve or the Transfer Neo.

I would like someone to show me how to set up and use both components and adjust using the app etc

I am prepared to travel anywhere and pay a bike shop/suspension expert for this service.

Any suggestions
