How often does the oil in the lower legs need changing - fox website says annually but on another part of their site it says 3 to 4 times a year

Just done mine for first time since loco devices them, best part of two years ago! I have been doing the seal / float fluid thing pretty regular though. The oil came out clear and clean so don't think it's been a problem at that interval
