Might be a silly question.
Have some fox 29 120mm forks, are they the same AtoC measurement as 100mm forks?
Understand you can take the spacer out to convert them but wondered whether the the above changes?
Any advise would be welcome.
Cheers

Bit of an old pic but the Axle to crown includes the travel. If you removed the 20mm spacer they would have a 20mm longer A2C.

Thanks mikewsmith.
So to clarify, if I remove the 20mm spacer, travel will change from 120 to 100mm but the A2C will remain the same?
Cheers

If you drop the travel by 20mm then how can the a-c stay the same?

A2C is sum of the length from axle to the top of the lowers, the length of the exposed stanchion (your travel), and the height of the fork crown to the bottom of the steerer tube. Increase the travel by 20mm and the A2C increases by 20mm!
