Air seals need changing?
When were they last serviced?

Sounds like you either lose some connecting the pump or they're leaking.

OK first thing to try is set the sag ingore what your gauge is telling you use it as a loose guide only, just set the sag.

Second thing to do is ride it & then check your sag.

In my experience of pumps they are all pretty rubbish, & inaccurate, its easy to lose 10psi putting the thing on and off again.

Did it feel like the forks were softer before you checked? A good shock pump shouldn't let any air out when removing it, but when you attach it the pump chamber will fill with air, and the pressure will be lower than before you attached the pump.

They're not the dual chambered Trek DCRV Fox 32s are they? The second chamber only opens when the shock gets well into it's travel. So you need to cycle the shock, then recheck the pressure.

Because your loosing 15 psi when you reconnect your pump, probably nothing wrong with them!
