[Closed] Fox Fork Standard: 1 1/8" v Optional: 1.5" Taper

Guys
Just need confirmtion.
If I'm running a remedy 9 (2009) with a headset 1 1/8" top, 1.5" bottom
then my current fox talas 36's will have the 1.5" Taper steer and NOT the Standard 1 1/8" ?

Depends if your headset is a step-down model, which allows you to run 1.1/8th in a 1.5" space.

The '09 Remedy 9 came with a tapered Fox 36 Talas. You will need a tapered Fox 36 to replace.

you could replace them with a 1/18th steerer fork but youd need a reducer headset for the lower cup
