Afternoon everyone, got some Float 32 120mm factory spec forks on my 29er. Travel is supposed to be 120mm but once they are pressurized to correct sag there is 110mm of stantion showing. Letting out all pressure they compress fully and o ring is about 3mm from crown, refilling slowly and pumping fork( to balance out neg spring) makes no difference. Any tips, thoughts?

Try stretching the fork when it's at extension, one hand on the wheel, one on the bars and try to extend it further. It's probably got slightly more air pressure in the negative chamber which is preventing it extending fully.

Isn't it the negative spring pulling the fork down? AFAIK the NA2 Forx no longer have travel spacers fitted as did 2015-and-older Forx - it's all governed by the air-spring-shaft alone and to make a travel change you have to change the shaft.

Inset the tip of a small cable tie between seal and stanchion both sides, gently push it down, see if it releases some air
