My newly built trek marlin singlespeed has developed some "flutter" visible at thr hub area under braking and is making a knocking sound occasionally. Its had about 12 hours use in total and if i had to guess i`d say the bottom bushings(?) seem worn already.
Does this sound correct to the STW suspension experts? I may have described this badly, and what to do about it? Is it a warranty issue as they are so new? or just normal wear and tear?

Cheers
Tony

I have exactly the same issue on my F29's but they are a few years old. Not used much though, & perfect in every other sense. Stanchions perfect, not a hint of wear. Few weeks ago I was about to send them for a service & mentioned it to TFTuned, who warned me that a new CSU might be needed.!!! ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

OOOh! think im gonna fire them back to the shop then. They are cosmeticallly perfect and the (Kashima) stanchions are unmarked.
They were only fitted six weeks ago, and havent been used much since the weather turned bad again.

Thanks
