Ok, so got the replacement bushings from mojo, and removed the shock from the bike, but cannot remove the old bushings.
Leaving to soak in wd40 overnight, but then what?

The brass bushes should be pressed out using a drift/socket/old bush of the same diameter,the top hats can then be separated from each side of the shock eye with an alloy/nylon drift,warming them up with a heat gun hairdryer helps too.
