Who knows how to set up the high and low speed compression? I've tried going one way and then all the other way and it doesn't seem to make any difference. Any suggestions?

I set both of mine on minimum and left them there. If I was buying again, I'd just get the normal one rather than the RC2

High speed is the ground 'pushing' up the fork.

Low speed is you pushing down on the fork.

You should be noticing a difference, on mine I do.

Its quite a complicated fork to set-up, but worth it. Start at the standard manual settings, and then play (record changes).

I've the talas version, and its very sensitive to servicing.

They're not straightforward to setup, but as a general rule of thumb (ie. somewhere near average weight) setup as follows...

Back everything off fully
Setup desired air pressure going on sag
Setup desired rebound, probably about 1/4 to 1/3 the way out from full in
Setup Low speed compression, approximately 1/2 the way out from full in
Setup High speed compression, approximately 1/3 to 1/2 the way in

That's a general guideline, but I find that you need more high and low speed compression damping than you might think at first, otherwise the fork sits too far into its travel. You may find different, but if you setup your fork as described above, then make tiny adjustments either way one at a time, you may hopefully find the setting that suits you!

I have mine with the high speed almost fully off and the low speed almost fully on.

Stops it diving on steep, slow stuff.
