[Closed] Fox 36 Float Air side service Q

Ok so I removed the lowers and oil came out the FIT side but hardly any from the float side (air side). (I put 30mls in each leg last time I did a lower leg service) I then removed the top cap on the air side and pushed the rod up from the bottom and used a syringe to remove the oil from the top, inside the stantion and there was around 25-30ml in there of mostly green colored 10wt. I thought there was only supposed to be 5ml of float fluid there? If that's the case how did it end up above the piston?
