Fox 36 and 203mm disc

Tried to fit some Shimano 4 pot brake to some Fox 36 factory with a 203mm disc. The adaptor pushes the caliper too far and hardly bites the disc.

Any idea what i am doing wrong ?

Using a 160mm -> 203mm adapter?

They're probably designed for 180mm rotors without an adaptor, but your using a 160-203mm adaptor.

*Edit - beaten to it 😁

I had it on some RS Revs, confused the hell out me for about 30 minutes 😆

Yep. 180mm post mount as standard.
