Has anyone upped the travel on a 120mm 34 29 SC?
Just looking and it looks like they only make a 34 SC in 120mm?
Does this mean I can't fit a 130mm air shaft?
Any experience or advice greatly appreciated.
You can't. Step cast is up to 120mm only. It has different internals than the normal 34.
As i feared, you have just saved me £700 though so cheers!

Shorter stanchions, hence less stanchion overlap, as well as the Step Cast lowers meaning there's no room for longer stanchions anyway...
Great fork though if you're OK with 120mm, got them on the front of my XC bike and they seem every bit as stiff as full fat 34's I've had before, but a good 200g or so lighter to boot.
I have a yeti arc on the way and the reviews all Seem to think that a 130 fork I where it all starts to really sing.
Shame because it would be a great fork.
I thought that too re the Yeti ARC and also the new SB115... The SB100 was specced with a 34SC, but the 115 is built around a 130mm fork.
