is it just a case of re tightening it?

Check the rim for wobble first.
If so, it may be down to the loose spoke, so tighten it and repeatedly check agains the rim wobble.
All spokes should have a similar tension/twang.
Experiment slowly, worst you can do is make it a little worse, then have to reverse your operation.
Factory-made wheels often need tightening after a short while.

Not pulled out of anywhere or got a dodgy nipple? I'd check the hub flange and the nipple/eyelet?
