Just curious...does seem to be very prevalent on this site...

Mail the address with the details in the contact section then the development see it not just the mods

Sadly it's a result of all us users wanting something (in this case the forums) cheaply or for nothing; the providers wanting to make money or at least cover their costs and advertisers who appear not to care about the end user experience.
The solution tends not to be popular with site admins.
