How difficult is this to go down on my scale of things G.T red being 2 and G.T Black 2.5 out of 10.

Depends on what you have ever ridden that qualified as a 10.
On that scale you mention maybe a 5 or 6 but then it depends on what speed you ride it at because i rolled it on a trek liquid bike with no front brake and i 'managed' but thats not really riding it is it.
If you plan to ride it fast and 'properly' then it must rate pretty high on the Jordie-scale

At speed in the wet - 8
Slow in the dry - 4
