Anyone else losing the bolts on the levers of there Formula R1 brakes? Can you buy spares?

Seem to remember a recall on certain Formula brakes a year or so ago, as a bolt of some sort(think it was the one that held the pivot pin)could become loose and fall out.A dab of loctite threadlock apparently solved it.

coatesy - thanks for the loctite tip, just need to get a replacment.
