New bike has the 180mm Formula 35EX fork on it.

Four days in and I'm quite impressed with it. (Inners uplift, Golfie, Hebden-tech & Snowdon Rhyd Ddu + Rangers, so it's had a pretty thorough shakedown and I've just about got it set up to my tastes now).

Anybody else using this fork and have any feedback on its long-term performance and servicing?
Service manual looks like a lowers-off mini-service is easy enough.

They get good reports, not tried them myself. I also read that you got your first 2 services (parts and labor!) included in the price link here.

yep, I've read up on the reviews and no-one seems to have a bad word to say about them. I'm also very happy with performance and tunability from the couple of weeks that I've spent on it.
I'll give Silverfish a call to ask about the 2 year servicing.
Just wondered if anybody out there has any first-hand experience of living with the 35 long-term.

I like the look of the 33 but there doesn't seem to be that much on the net about them.

I very much like the look of these. Would like low-speed compression adjustment - that's the only thing that would stop me getting one.

compression adjuster on the 35 has a good range of adjustment and you can feel a couple of notches either way making a noticeable difference. I haven't got too hung up about whether it claims to be "high-speed" or "low-speed" tbh.

I am sure they are really good forks - I like to control the movement of the fork quite a lot, so low-speed compression for me is a real plus. I don't constantly fiddle - I get it right then leave it though!
