[Closed] fork mounted bike rack in a van

Looking at securing out bikes in our van, im working towards this kind of thing:

except we will only likely have two bikes with us at any one time. My MTB is a 20mm fork, where as my tourer is 9mm. Does anyone know of a fork mount bracket like the above, which can be swapped between the two standards?

But they aren't cheap. If your handy with a welder it wouldn't be hard to make one
