Can anyone recommend a good fork lube for an air fork?

do you mean an oil for a service or just something to splash around the seals when you wash it?
I use Rock and Roll Super Slick Grease on seals when I service my forks and am reassembling.

Sorry should have been specific, just for the seals.

finish line green chain lube around the seals after a wash or the rock and roll stuff as above for a service.

Some fork oil on a rag on the stanchions then bounce it.
