Think I might find it more pleasing with the orange at the top on the front wheel only.

Frame needs more orange to really embrace it. Possibly bottom of the forks/around bottom bracket type region.

Strangely, and I don't know why, exactly the opposite. Possibly just to disconcert.
Could have at least lined the bike up with the white line..
Probably looks better when wheels are moving. My big HED logos look much better when in motion.

Hate the tires and wheels but the frame is nice and cleanly cabled.

Cornering would upset the sync I believe.
Also tyre wear. You'd have to keep swapping to ensure matching absolute diameters.
think they should have coloured disk brakes as well.
Love the neat cabling - do the hydraulic cables run down the stem / steerer / fork? It'll be a pain to work on, but love the complete lack of visible cables.
Would look ace in full matt-black.
