Blimey...very impressive. Certainly doesn't look homemade. Reading through, he then went and made his own carbon fork lowers for it

Yes, that website's been around for a few years, inspired me to make a few (a hard tail and a full suspension). Not that hard to make it strong enough but not so easy to make it light AND strong (at least without lots of prototypes and testing).
