Looking for a bike to commute the short distance to work.. Originally thought a BMX but kinda gone off it (even though I found a BMX track 2 mins from my new house last night). I work away a fair bit with work and was thinking if I got a folding bike I could easily fit it in my lorry and take it with me.

Brompton bikes seem to be the best but also pricey.. I know you get what you pay for Etc. But was hoping to get something for around the £150 mark..

Anything out there worth the small amount I have to spend?

Decathlon do one for £169 which may not be completely hopeless. Plus in a lorry you may not be so concerned with how small or neatly it folds.

Secondhand Dahon is probably the obvious choice, though even that's pushing the budget.

Decathlon do one for around that price, I think (Edit: oh yes - I should read more closely before posting), which seemed fairly good quality given the winning price, but also quite heavy (can't have everything for that money...).
