[#3228364]

Off to do the FoD DH tracks for the first time next weekend (all being well).

Not sure what I've got in store for me so wondering if anyone has a link to details of the track and a description of what they are like etc? Want to start easy to get my eye in before launching down something that I need to be warmed up for.

Or I may just do the Blue first.

None of them are anything too scary but they're all fun ๐Ÿ™‚ Just take it easy to start with then when you know them you can get some speed up. Flatlands to the little fire road hip jump to Sheepskull is my favourite I think.

You can get to the last section of that Verderes trail after Flatlands - when you drop into the fire road go right instead of left. Bit of an easy pedal then the trail is on your left.

Which would you say start with to ease myself into it?

The first one I rode was Corkscrew which was a nice introduction (I'd never really ridden downhill before this either) but its now got a triple jump feature which it didn't used to have. It's all rollable though.
