Thinking about a night ride later and just wondering what state the verderers is in? Any tree felling,mud, that sort of thing.
being mostly armoured i would imagine its fine, and fully open again too i think.
Was there Saturday, trail is fully open, there's the odd patch of mud which is to be expected at this time of year, but nothing like it would be 'off piste'. The only slight warning would be that since the final descent has been relaid, it seems very few people are taking the red option when it splits for the last 100m or so, it's 100mm deep in leaf litter, fun, but you can't really read the surface.
Also, the last bit, blindingly fast now, easy to run out of room at night I guess.

I too was there Saturday, the newly refreshed last decent is now super smooth, which results in it being even faster. I found myself slightly out of control several times - bloody brilliant fun.
Oh, and there is no mud whatever the weather, just some splash bits, but nothing to hinder the fun. Its my go-to riding spot for when the rest of the country is under water.
