For those afflicted with a floppy clanger, can anything be done to tighten it up a bit?
I'm talking about my timber bell, of course...
The switch is just loose enough that when used on my new hardtail and landing on the ground from anything more than 6 inches high (kerbs, speed bumps, roots... my god this bike is fun!!) I get a "ding" when landing as the lever is just loose enough to release the clanger a little bit.
Or are the newer bells a bit... tighter? 😁
