saw a couple of what looked like red/orange flares falling in front of black hill on my way back this evening.. a bit of googling doesn't suggest it means anything specific on land, and it seems unlikely that anyone would carry them in the pentlands - army excercises seems most likely but.. should i tell anyone? (and who?)

no answer - **** it, if it was someone that well prepared they'd have a phone too, let's assume army.
