We've got a week in the area and interested to hear recommendations? Have only done Sunset off Mt Eldon before, nothing in Sedona.
Day long rides, that show off those areas. Dont need to be the highest, hardest or most technical.
We have transport, so Grand Canyon South Rim is also an option.
