I use 170mm cranks on my mountain bike and cyclocross so would I be better off sticking to 170mm on the fixie i'm building or go to 165mm? Or am I being a tart and 5mm makes no odds?

I've got 175s on mine and I've clipped them a few times so I'd go 165 next time

short is good, you only need to ground one hard in a corner to convince you of it
