My next steed is going to be a fixie 29er,but need some ideas and inspiration for this project

I'll lend a helping hand. It's a terrible idea, you'll end up smashing your pedals into all sorts and won't be able to control the bike properly in many situations.
(Speaking as a fixed rider on my only road bike, so have some experience)

I'm also interested in any tips how to convert my telly into black and white and only able to receive 1 channel.

fixed off road is fun. I've ridden fixed cx - i prefer freewheel. & mtb; which was great.
the bigger tyres mean your forgiven the mistakes a bit more - it makes you ride completely different lines, to avoid pedal strike.
i wouldn't wan't to ride fixed all the time, or racr etc. but for once in a while it's great fun.
