Does anyone know where I can get some Karvers in size 42-43 from? I can't seem to find them anywhere.

Sorry, ipad playing funny buggers, wasn't showing my earlier post.
No, I didn't get charged anything extra, don't know if I just got lucky. Might have made a difference as I had it delivered to the post room at work? Can't imagine they would have paid anything though.
