Following on from yesterday trying to fit these and still cant find the instructions.......
Just need to know how much I should tighten the following (no torque wrench)
- The bearings using an ht2 spanner, how much lean on it?
- The end cap, think this is just finger tight?
- the two 4mm crank bolts?

Bearing cups,tight as it will go by hand.40-50Nmm
End cap,think of being like adjsting a headset.Nip up to take out play but no more.This is critical as overtightening will kill the bearings double quick,as I found out to my cost! 2Nmm
The 2 4mm bolts do up a little alternately,tight but but with finger pressure.14Nm
