Fitting Tapered Steerer Fork To 44mm Headtube?

I have some nice tapered steerer forks which I would like to fit to a frame which is 44mm diameter headtube.

Is it as simple as getting something like the Hope mix and match headset and using the EC44/40 bottom cup, etc?
