Considering fitting some suspension forks to an Isla Beinn 26 Small, as the Creig is not available to buy at present.

I'm sure this isn't endorsed by Isla, but has anyone got any experience of this?

Alternatively any recommendations for light XS 26in frames for a 9 year old would be welcome, as I am considering building him a bike instead.

Cheers

Old SIDS wiht 28 mm stanchions

Weigh about 3 lbs and the flex wont matter at that weight and very low A-C and can be set 63 or 80 mm travel

What I use with my kids anyway.

Or manitou Mars elite, 80mm. They are lighter than the rigid forks. ๐Ÿ˜€

The Marzocchi X-flys were the plushest and best forks, with an oil change as smooth and controlled as my Fox Floats...

But longer A-C.
