Cycling specific of course.
I want to add some structure/discipline to make the most effective use of my midweek tight for time rides.
Any recommendations?

totally unscientific but i really dont get out much on my bike so what i tend to do if time is short is just a 1hr max effort after work, seems to maintain me enough to survive a cx race and mtb races. ideally id throw in some long weekend rides and some intervals and a recovery rides but that just wishfull thinking.
