When you got the wheels did you get the Mavic magnet? I take it you didn't. Mavic have made a spare for the job mate, so if you haven't got it then I'd go to a LBS who have a Mavic account and get that. With wheels like that I'd not try to bodge it, I've tried that before too and it's been a lot more costly than a £5-10 spare 🙂 if you got your wheels from a shop, then this spare should have come with them, my 2013 ST's did (along with the adaptors) so they may have forgotten to give them to you - Hope it helps buddy

Found the mavic one in it's packet - tucked away and guess what - it works a treat - many thanks, must have been a bit sozzled.
