[Closed] First ride post collar bone break + first ride on a road bike!

Got a road bike so I could get back out sooner after breaking my collar bone.

Took the first ride today, 8 weeks after the break. The good news is that the bone seems fine 🙂

However, the road bike was interesting!
I noted several things:

1. Road bikes are very fast.
2. Roads are very bumpy on a road bike.
3. Other road users are rather worrying when you are doing 30mph and don't have very good brakes.
4. My legs don't work very week after 8 weeks on doing nothing.

All in, I think I'll head out again at the weekend for a longer ride, but away from the traffic 😯
