Could be my ultimate do it all bike, slower than a road bike, quicker than an mtb, jst done a nice mile tarmac, lrt and singletrack loop and it performed well. Not the lightest or best looking but you don't notice either when rolling along. Might whack a rack on for summer touring. Quite chuffed for £505 posted brand new. Stuck the mudguards on, just had to bend the strut for the calliper. Excuse the piccy, mobile phone job.

Erm ... I do quite fancy one of those. think I'd try and find last years with the Avid brakes if I do.

Yes it is.
I read the spec somewhere for the 2010 model and I could swear it said Shimano mechanical discs. Even more tempted now 😉
