Ive just got back from my first night ride and despite going over the bars and landing in a big puddle I had a great time.cant elwait to go again.
Just wait till you get your first night ride puncture. All alone in the woods, trying to find the tyre lever you just dropped.
But your right, night rides are ace. Love it when it's cold and there's a bit of a fog to add atmosphere.
Even more fun when you're on a bridleway crossing a paddock, pitch black, tyres caked in a fruity mud cow shit combo and the gate you've just come through says "beware of the bull".......and then you realise you've got a flat. My fastest tube swap ever despite the fetid slime fest!!
