Hi everyone,

Not had a carbon frame before and given the cost i don't want to bugger it up when i build it!

I've got to fit a praxis bb so i can use shimano cranks in the pf30 shell, praxis advise using grease on a pf30 bb straight into carbon...will any grease do? Not wanting to damage the carbon but I have plenty of this stuff:

If not, what grease would be suitable.

Should i press the headset cups in dry or do they require some form of grease?

Thanks

General rule of thumb is grease does not touch carbon
(it can be absorbed and swell the frame)

Carbon assembly paste is generally what U want

*not a pro mechanic and not fitted a bb30 bb
