Should be easy to find but apparently not, anyone got any pearls they've found? Could do flat mount road cable caliper as well but they're also impossible to find.
Somebody in the UK is selling these but I can't recall who. Trying contacting them to ask?

Ah sorry - I had it the other way round - Flat Mount caliper to Post Mount frame/fork. You were after fitting a Post Mount brake to a Flat Mount Frame/Fork. My bad!
No worries, couldn't find anywhere importing them anyway. Ordered the Amazon one, still not getting here till late January but at least it's available.
