As per the title, what is the best way to find an IFA who can assist us in pension & savings advice?

You see the best IFA every morning in the mirror - do your own research and you'll be much better off.

I can highly recommend Ian Burrows a chartered IFA on 01733 552 214, a keen mountain biker as well...

I am also a mountain biking IFA; email in profile.

However, if you want someone local to you this is the best place to look (IMHO): IFA's Galore

Go to your nearest Edward Jones. After 5 years working with assurance companies they are the best mass market IFA. Good rates and a wide choice of providers.

Edward Jones are just commission hungry bastards.

Go fee based & keep challenging the advice until you are happy it holds water
