Found a bike holding rubber thing from a bike rack in the road in Bristol tonight. If it's yours you can have it back, pm me. If not I'm keeping it as there is one missing from my rack.

It might be. I bought the rack from classifieds and it arrived with one missing. That was a year or so ago. Maybe it was trying to find it's way home.
