Keep trying google searches etc but can't seem to find an XT HTII compatable middle ring.
Ones I have found are sold out.
Probably about to be made to look stupid now, but if anyone has come accross one on-line for sale recomend it to me please.

Perhaps your local bike shop could help? Shimano supplier has both M760 and M770 middle rings in stock.
