Shouldn't you also ask if people really want to adjust their tire pressures constantly?

Is this a hollow spoke, tubeless tyre and CO2 cannister near the hub with a motrorised valve type arrangement?

Quite intrigued by at it as an engineering solution but I've never considered changing my tyre pressure mid ride for any purpose other than fixing a flat/slow leak.
