Can anyone recommend a cheap source of spare bits for Fiamma bike racks?
Most of the straps are seized up on my T4 rack and also need an end cap for one of the carriers. Took a look on ebay but buying them individually is going to work out pricy, and a replacement rack is just ridiculous - was wondering whether anyone did a "bundle" of replacement fittings / straps.
Failing that, I've got a Saris Bones rack in the garage - anyone used one on a VW T4 van?
Ours has the same problem - the chrome ratchets have all corroded and gone very stiff. New ones come with plastic ratchets so they obviously realised there was a problem! Apparently you can get them from Fiamma directly, but I've never worked out how...
