My other half has a Marin FS with thinner "womens specific" bars.
She could do with some new grips (the oem's are shocking!).

Anyone know who makes smaller diameter lock-on's?

I like the Lizard Skin ones. They do nice thin tacky grips.

Thanks guys but it's the OD of the bars that is the problem - 19mm - not the OD of the grips.
even the shifters and brakes have shims in the clamps!

Does she need such skinny bars? I would get them swapped out for something more standard, and match up with some skinny grips.

When my wife's grips needed replaceing I just swapped the bars for some normal diameter ones of the classifieds. only cost a few pounds more than a set of grips, the thing I really noticed was the weight of thoese bars when they came off. They are narrow on the hadn grip ends but tney are almost solid metal.

Charge ones are pretty small, not a huge amount of padding though so she may want some well padded gloves.
