Just been for my 12th ride of the year - a cheeky 10 mile night ride.
-2, my gears froze and I ended up on my arse on the ice.

Depends if your trails are as claggy and horrid as the ones round here. At this point shortbread or a road bike appears in order.

Tried the road bike this afternoon, but skinny tyres are just a little too sketchy on the frozen roads around here.
14 rides so far this year. Okay almost all were commutes but they still count right??
As for snow and ice, Schwalbe Winter Marathons FTW!

Only been out a few times this yr.
Was gonna jump on turbo trainer tonight, but have been meaning to swap it over so I can use my (newish) road bike on it, rather than my On One. So did that instead.
Then spent the rest of the evening trying to get my pic of the day sorted out!
