Hi all,

Another question (this build will be done in a few weeks and I'll stop asking questions every 5 mins).

When you feed a reverb cable through a frame, do you get hydraulic fluid inside your frame?

I thought it was pretty nasty stuff, eats car paint etc?

If so can it damage carbon? Am I best to completely drain the cable?

Reverbs don't use DOT fluid, it's mineral oil.

Either buy one of these:

or just bung something in the end to block the hose.

using the joiner with a length of empty hose fed through first to draw the full hose through is a much easier job and you can (if you're lucky) avoid a bleed.
