Just over 200 mainly on the cx on and off road. Not great - a week off because I got a bad back *standing around*. That'll teach me! 🙂

166km all off road, which was more or less on target for my objective of minimum 50km (off road) per week, and not including a day uplifting at Antur Stiniog, which in some ways was the hardest day of the lot!
It's not all about the distance!
