I already despise the sanctimonious aspect of many animal-based charities, but today I have my sights set on the RSPB. They stick up for creatures like magpies - one of whose number I blame for dive-bombing me on my way to work this morning, and leaving substantial globs of slimy greenish evacuate on my suit trousers and jacket.
Any dignity I had before leaving the house was gone before I even arrived in my office.
Tomorrow, I'll be riding with a tennis racket. 😈
